Is my data private?
Yes. Everything stays on your device only. Nothing is sent to any server. We never see, store, or share your data.
iPhone home screen warning
On iPhone, Safari and your home screen icon store data separately. Always open Strand the same way. Android users are not affected.
How do I back up my data?
Tap "Export my data" in the menu. It downloads everything you've logged. Import it when Strand Plus launches.
Can I edit an entry?
Yes. Every entry card has a pencil icon. Tap it to edit without deleting and re-adding.
What is Strand Plus?
Strand is free forever. Strand Plus adds cloud sync, cross-device access, shared caregiver access, and AI summaries. Join the waitlist inside the app.
Is this a medical record?
No. Strand is an organizational tool. Always consult your child's care team for medical decisions.
